This was taken on my birthday while we were at Red Frog Beach on Isla Basimentos, Panama. When I was a highschooler we had an exchange student stay with us from Chiriqui Panama, and we were fortunately able to reconnect on the first portion of this trip. He showed us around Costco Viejo and took us to a club for a rum night, it was absolutely incredible catching up.
 
Deeper into our Panmanian exploration we went on many epic hikes and adventures. Isla Bastimentos, is known for its indigenous species of poison dart frogs, that are as adorable as they are dangerous.
